Non-Refundable Payments

All payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.

How to Reschedule

Want to change your session date or time? Click the reschedule button in your confirmation message. Please reschedule at least 4 hours before your original session. There's no limit — you may reschedule anytime as long as slots are available.

Payment & Punctuality

A full deposit is required to confirm your slot. A 10-minute grace period is given if you arrive late. If you're more than 15 minutes late, part of your deposit will be deducted and your session rescheduled.

• RM15 late fee (Package A)
• RM40 late fee (Package B)

Advance Notice Required

Please let us know at least 4 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a partial deduction from your deposit based on the same late fee structure above.

Checking Available Slots

You can check available slots directly via our website: photom.my. We'll try our best to accommodate your preferred time, but all sessions are subject to availability.

In-Studio Payments

Any extra charges — such as additional persons or printed photos — will only be finalized and paid in-studio on the day of your session.

No Refund on Cancellation

Cancellations are not eligible for refunds. However, you may still reschedule your session if you inform us 4 hours ahead.

Care for Studio Equipment

Any damage to equipment or property during the session will be the responsibility of the user.
